The gelateria was opened in August 2013 under the protective wing of the Madonna of the Snow (Maria SS. To Nives).
At the sanctuary of Mount Sirino, there are place names such as Nevera and Conserva, which refer to the ancient traditions of using snow in the preparation of sorbets during the summer festivals and in healing the sick.
We use all natural fruit, sugar extracted from grapes, honey, fresh milk and fresh cream when making our gelato. The high quality of these ingredients has been recognised by the awarding of the prestigious CMG (World Cup of Gelato) certification.
